You said that it expedited the return of furloughees which would lead someone to believe that we returned before the trigger was hit that was set by the arbitrator, which was a 3 month rolling window that was based on passenger count. Pretty much all it did was allow the people left on property to fly even more greenslips.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Do you mean the force majeure clause? That had nothing to do with the early retirement program. Anytime you pull 600 pilots off the top of the list an average of 3 years early it helps everyone.
