He showed his true colors when he e-mailed the Captain who bumped one of "his" employees, telling the Captain that he hoped the guy would have a chance to pay him back.


No, I take that back -- that e-mail could have been a "in the heat of the moment" mistake. He showed his true colors when, after being contacted by the union, he sent a follow-up e-mail affirming the first, refusing to apologize for it.


Again, let me be perfectly clear.

He is management.

He is not your friend.
