An employee doesn't have lives, they have work hours not used. They don't have sick time, they have money being spent away from work. It's abusive.

My last sick occurrence happened because, on a deadhead, I got the lucky seat next to a passenger who was sick. I got flagged by CPO because of it. Why? Because I've had many times getting ill. Every time I had a doctors note. They actually recommended I use FMLA. Ha! We all know what happens after that.

What happens after that? Is there something wrong with using FMLA?
