As someone who has been following this forum as a prospective employee and a new hire I recommend we start two. One could be for employees only and dedicated to internal company questions only.
The other could be dedicated to everyone considering coming here needing to get all of their questions answered.
It would keep the thread sizes down and answers to repeat questions closer to the top pages so people doing research could find them easier in both threads.

PSA Help, I think your posts are the most informative for the prospective employees and thanks to you for all you've done in helping me make my decision to come to PSA.

TallFlyer, same to you especially with the charts you've been doing over the past couple months. Those are helping a lot of guys make good career decisions for themselves once here.

Both of your posts make this one of the best threads on the forum and we should keep a good thing going regardless. The great company culture and helpfulness of current employees is reflected in this thread's lack of complaining and overall positive outlook which is something we also want to keep.
