It's official now. There is an email going around (posted on the PSA info thread) that PSA has partnered with Skywarrior in Pensacola for their RTP program. First Class starts in mid March and you have have to apply through the PSA website.
On a side note, if anyone has applied to this and gotten an interview would they care to share how long it took to hear from them
