People are getting butt hurt about those who have been hired outside of the flow. But there is nothing that says people cannot get hired outside of the flow. It only states that the flow will be in order of seniority. If you get an interview and get hired on your own, you are not part of the flow. More power to you if you get hired outside of the flow.
