Sorry to resurrect an older thread, but does anyone know why 50% of MIA/FO/320/I are on reserve? I looked at the 3XP for that a year ago and I was around 55%, and was looking at a really nice line. I noticed that too.
Absolutely nuts!
Only thing I can imagine is they keep a lot of reserves available on the I side because they can be used D too-but not vice versa.
