One says this way, the other that way. They try to overload everything about operating the CRJ on leg 1, etc. there's should be an easier, standardized way of training these cats. The rest they can pick up on the line.
That's a symptom a changing books. Going to the Delta way is quirky on a 900 when you don't have autothrottles and vnav, though it appears we've made enough modifications that we're able to sort of fly it now how the book demands. We could always increase line checks and feedback for new guys, it would probably clean me up a bit too.
