I would guess that he is basing it on the best flow program in the industry, leading pay and a growing fleet of brand new E-175's. Kind of a no brainer when you hire at Envoy and are at AA in under 6 years.
Piedmont's flow is faster at 4-5 years and we are growing so quick upgrades literally if you have the time you can upgrade and a lot of movement. I'm in the top 1/3 after 1.5 years.
