If the flow was anywhere close to "all that and a bag of chips", how come so many stay at EDV instead of jumping ship or just never show up for training and go to an AA WO instead? Just like JV above is trying to say, the DGI can disappear at the whim of DL. As can the flow at the whim of AA. Do I think either will happen? Not in the foreseeable future. Both are necessary 🥕 🥕 🥕 and shall remain so as long as the majors need pilots.
We have had pilots jump ship to other regionals for career progression.

I asked the question because I think your opinion would be different based on facts. The industry is shifting towards regionals with flow capability. If I was told I could flow to AA in 6 years as newbie...where do I sign up? ..Is EDV a great place to work for?....yes!....however the competition is getting tight....trust me...just watch. If I'm wrong I'll own up to it.
