I've been here over a year and I'm looking at around a year and a half to go based on my monthly seniority movement. Like I said. 45 people left in January who were senior to me. That's a lot. It's usually been between 20-35.

Also consider that a lot of junior people left in 2013, 2014, and early 15. So if you're looking at the junior upgrade, it's going to move faster over the next year.
