It is a right to be free from unreasonable search and seizure. The whole "right to privacy" is a modern invention-and an attempt to make the constitution to appear to contain something it doesn't.
Actually if you read the 9th and 10th Amendment, combined with the Declaration of Independence you'll find that individuals reserve all rights (which are natural and predate the American government)
