The point I'm trying to makes is that in multiple occasions I've arrived and the aircraft is not ready for departure like not being fuled. It say you have to be ready for departure.
That goes without saying I think. The point is you need to have yourself arriving at the airplane so that you are able to push within 3hrs assuming the operation holds up their end.
