In the Res example given a few pages back: If they are calling you at 8:00 asking you to be there at 10:00, then that must mean the push is scheduled at 10:45. Reserve language gives the pilot 3 hours, meaning an 11:00 push. My answer would be "I cannot make it until 10:15." If they want to push the departure back to 11:00 to accommodate me, that's perfectly acceptable and legal.
