CBA doesn't say anything about the plane being ready to depart, just me.

That said, I don't know the capt's or crew's priorities that day so it might be kind of a &$%# move to make everyone wait just because scheduling didn't/couldn't notify me at a time that would keep the flight on schedule. it would be un-cool making another crewmember miss their connecting flight home just to exercise the 3 hr showtime rule. Company may not care that much but it might be a big deal to one of "us" trying to connect the dots.
