As Goggles said, if you are on reserve it is pay above the guarantee and payback days with one caveat......
Say you fly to the reserve guarantee of 75 hours and are done with the month on the 25th with 75.01 hours and are supposed to be on call the last 5 days of the month. Scheduling cannot assign you any more flying but you can still greenslip and get single pay added to your 75.01. The problem is.............you do NOT get payback days in this situation.
