Well if it was, the FAA wanted it sooner! Hence the threat of extending it another 30 days. I agree they should have had a mandatory date or else earlier. As long as it gets done I don't care. I for one am glad it's almost here.
Could be, I'm glad it's almost here too. I thought it would've been done on day 1 with as many people complaining about the flight cases.
