Say you fly to the reserve guarantee of 75 hours and are done with the month on the 25th with 75.01 hours and are supposed to be on call the last 5 days of the month. Scheduling cannot assign you any more flying but you can still greenslip and get single pay added to your 75.01. The problem is.............you do NOT get payback days in this situation.

That is excellent info to know, so often times if you want to reap the best of both worlds, time and days off, going above the reserve guarantee isn't worth it unless all you want is the money?
If I do rolling thunder and say I fly 75 hours, I should be getting 150 hours of credit, no?
