Denny's take is correct. I just checked the PWA (23U) -- No PayPack Days unless actual X-days are interrupted.
You get paid the same (straight pay above guarantee) with no pay back days -- it wouldn't make a difference financially whether you GS'ed or YS'ed.
However, you are more likely to get a YS than a GS (trips are covered using Yellow Slips -- if available -- before Green Slips. Ref 23N and O.
