The intent of this thread was not the words of Mr. Hete but to highlight the actions of the group at ATI- The willingness to cross picket lines in an attempt to achieve gains rather than going through the hard work and discipline of negotiation to achieve contract goals. What ATI did undermined many other pilot groups.
