Correct, you won't be able to see seat loads yet. But I can tell you that when I commuted ATL to DTW for a while, it wasn't easy. I never missed work, but many times I was trying to get to DTW by 1400 or so, and ended up getting in on the last flight at 0030. Due to this, I always commuted up the night before. Had I been trying to commute in same day, I would have missed work many times.

The downfall to this is that you lose two days per trip to commuting. If you have 12 days off, and 4 trips, you will spend 8 days (half a day at a minimum, most of the day at worst) commuting back and forth, so you really only have 4 days off per month. And when I was commuting home the next day after my trip ended, I was leaving for the airport at 0430 to get on the first flight.
