One hotel used to have a cold coke, diet coke and sprite in the room fridge when you checked in, and a bag of microwave popcorn. Well one of my FO's went ape that they didn't have Pepsi products and caused a scene at the front desk and told me to write up the hotel for BS stuff. I'm not sure what convinced him I wasn't going to, either my death stare or lecture about "don't complain about free stuff". Sure enough, a week later, hotel mgmt said "ok no cokes for anybody"
