I know most people at XO are looking to move to the airlines, but I know several airline pilots looking to go to XO.
I know the earning potential is hire at 121 majors, but many (including myself) are definitely interested in XO.
Earning potential and retirement benefits are
tremendously higher at the airlines. You also work significantly harder than the airlines for the most part. If those things don't bother you, XO is a great place to work. Most people really enjoy the diversity in flying and quality of life on the road.
