100% with you. If management consistently blows through deadlines like they don't mean anything then why should I show up to work on time? I try not to let the little things get under my skin but enough is enough man.
We have guys that take schedule changes on the last day and end up not being able to commute home because of it..... someone can't stay past 5 at the office on st pattys day to finish what was supposed to be done. I agree rediculous.
