Those are your words not mine. The simple fact is UPS doesn't think civilian turboprop time is good enough. Ask at a job fair. They tell pilots with nothing but TP time they need to get some jet time before UPS will consider them.
As Boiler stated, there are plenty of qualified applicants out there.
