Bingo...AMF has trouble recruiting pilots, UPS needs AMF for it's sub contracted feeder network business plan to work. Set up a feed and hire the same number of pilots from AMF as you would have without the feeder agreement. But Bingo, it's easier for AMF to fill positions.
