New to view/add.

My awarded trip was knocked out in cic..have 70 hrs to makeup, so 76 hours max available.

Put in view/add window for a 80hr carryover trip, half of it in April and half in may.

DISALLOWED for exceeding 76 hours. I thought it would allow because only 40 hours are in April, and I would have 36 hours remaining in April for another trip. Where are the rules for bidding view/add spelled out? Does this sound right?
