Anyway, to the OP.....have you ruled out going to a regional that has a flow to a legacy? Regional pay in the States has come up to livable levels, upgrades can be quick and they are desperate for pilots.
Perhaps someone else who is better in the know can comment on how long it's taking to flow up.
