Lets me honest. We have our own opinion what this or that airlines / HR are looking for. How many of you have ever recommended someone or know someone who thought he or she was going to get hired but was turned down. Realistically, we don't know what they are look for. Certain things such as a 4 year degree will help, but maybe someone on the HR panel thinks volunteer work is more important.
