Cost of training, 250+ hours hour building(paying $10/gallon in fuel mind you), year or so in food/accommodation, 737 type rating, VAT (21%) and so on.
That's not a P2F, that sounds like a normal price to me. I know places in Europe that do 0-250 fATPL for 130k without any type ratings/housing provided etc.

40-60k is only in Poland, big part is that Poland has no VAT for professional flight training. And that doesn't include housing etc.
