If there's an "airline 101" I can find somewhere, I'm happy to feed myself on these questions.
Cheers.
-Min guarantee is 75 hours with 11 days off. Don't expect more than 11 off on reserve. On reserve, you are the field slave of the master (i.e., the scheduling department). Expect them to abuse you. You are expected to take it with a smile. Plan accordingly.
-Two years. First year, you pay it all back if you leave. Second year is pro-rated.
-Premium pay can be had if you pick up trips on your day off.
In the end, it's a regional.
