Huge thanks for the details! I don't pretend to understand the ins and outs but that's a great deal more than I did know.

PSA is pretty high on my short list, but there are still some questions that I don't have an answer to, some I'd put some weight to and some just gee-whiz info.
- Is it an industry standard for the reserve situation? I would commute to anywhere I worked so I'm not sure it holds the most weight? (For instance; what's call out time? How many days in a reserve period? Etc.)
- What is "minimum day pay" on reserve?
- Everyone is advertising a sign on bonus: PSA references theirs after an "employment agreement." What are the specifics?
- How does PSA compare with "premium" pay? (I see that phrase with some but not all airlines, and not even sure what it means.)
- One that probably translates to any airline, but what in the world is duty rig and trip rig?

If there's an "airline 101" I can find somewhere, I'm happy to feed myself on these questions.
