GMAFB Southerner. My aviation background includes stints on the line, ramp, agent (res and airport), and flight attendant before I started working professionally as a pilot. I give the utmost respect to each person I work with as their due as a fellow human being, and have more perspective than most about the challenges they deal with.

But darn right when I was throwing bags or serving coffee I knew the pilots had "earned" different privileges and preogatives by dint of what they had invested in their career, and I'm not the least bit ashamed to still believe that today.
So what bout the FA's that have college degrees to the pilots that don't have college degrees? Thats pretty high up that pecking order considering only a high school diploma? Interesting?.....
