Who is saying we are "better" than anyone? You are putting words in our mouth. We are saying we have EARNED different treatment. Not because we think we are better than anyone but by virtue of the fact that we literally worked much harder than any other employee group to earn a job at JetBlue. Can you argue that? And I'm not including management because I know nothing of their various backgrounds.

Southerner based on your past at ExpressJet/ASA I'm guessing you're a ladder climber already involved in management. So you will side with management decisions. But an effective leader doesn't just blindly follow his supervisors decisions. You must be able to look at bs and call it bs. You don't seem capable of that.
