Haven't done a rotor to regional interview but I'm a rotor that has done a few interviews. You already got gouged up by aviationinterviews.com which is a good start. Sheppard Air's regional interview test prep is worth the cash in my opinion to help with the written. I think it is $35 and will take you about four hours to master the test bank. For the technical portion look through the PSA Interview Gouge thread that is about a month old. The charts that they used then and the types of questions are listed there.

They want to know that you can read an approach chart/fly instruments. They want to see who you are and if they would want to spend four days on the road with you.
