The retention and newhire bonuses seem to be working at least some. If anything, it has stemmed the hemorrhaging of FOs we were experiencing last fall. That combined with some good attrition of captains to majors and doing a little better on the hiring front has brought upgrade to a reasonable time frame.

Things seem to be looking up some at TSA. With that being said, if I were doing it all over I'd probably go somewhere to fly 170s. They have better QOL with the longer legs, and a future longer than these 50 seats.
