Good thing that new hires are only on reserve about 2 months right now. And how many regionals have you worked for? Our reserve rules are not even in the bottom 50%.
We offer one of the best qualities of life that you can have at any regional.
And 16 year flow? You must not be very good at math! We have added about 30 active captains in the last 3 months, and are upgrading close to 30 new captains a month.

Why don't you earn that pilot spot first rookie. Then we can talk.

Are you drinking the kool aid dude? Were upgrading 24/month with maybe 20 hitting the line. We're not filling classes. And to correct you on the net increase in captains FROM the CP himself 2 weeks ago.. -5 since the snapshot from a really reliable source. So let's see... flow number is about seniority number 80, roughly 1,300 pilots, 5 flow/month, math makes that 20.33 years for a new hire not counting attrition. I understand that's about 35/month right now, mostly from the bottom. New hires are NOT 7-9 years. Don't sell them on something that isn't true making them regret going there later. Yeah reserve time is low because people are leaving so fast. If this doesn't make sense to you, ask away. That's what I see.
Also, people that have been on property 3 years are moving up 10-12 spots per month. So, in the first 6 months to a year, they are moving up 25 spots a month, and then slowing to 10-12 spots a month. That is real attrition. We have had 3 people that are supposed to have flowed this year take jobs elsewhere in the last month alone. It is NOT just the bottom of the list, but you know that. You are just trying to spread garbage.
I am guessing that you were a DEC captain, upgraded out of order knowing that you would be on reserve for 2+ years, and are not complaining about being on reserve and bitter because all of the FO's that are upgrading now are getting lines and you are still on reserve. That is the cost of being a DEC.

I thought you went to a LCC months ago?!?! How were you talking to the CP 2 weeks ago? I know what he said, and that he said that he was wrong. We have increased the numbers. They are published on BSL every month. You can see them for yourself.

I know your posting from your parents basement for sure. I can tell by your attitude from the start, can't even decide which crappy regional to commute to, trying to give the regionals another go after Mesa rejected you.
