Where do you live?
What plane you prefer?
Is your dad/mom a mainline CA?
Um do you like flying with 5 deferrals 2 of wich are like critical to safety with no backup?
Do you like being paid on time?
Give us some more info so we can help you get thru this life decision togeher.

I'll follow along with the questions posed above:
Well, PSA doesn't have any bases near DFW, and I honestly have no idea where TSA's bases are, so not sure which is better.
I agree, planes don't matter. You will get an extra $5k for being typed at PSA.
I think he is referring to the flow with this question. We do have a flow. I dont think TSA does.
We rarely have maintenance writeups. If we have more than 2 in an airplane, people take pics and send it out in a facebook group because it is pretty rare. Our mechanics are good. We did have a CA recently write up something ridiculous like 12 seat back tables, 6 arm rests, and a bunch of other things, and they were all fixed a few days later. (DAI's). I know people refuse airplanes with broken APUs (which happens very rarely) and broken Lav's and they don't get in trouble for it.
Our payroll was questionable for awhile, but I have not been short paid in many months. They replaced the whole payroll department, and that seems to have fixed the glitch.
I know very little about TSA, other than I plan on buying a new JetSki with my next retention bonus, and can hopefully pull a water skier behind me. I can't help you much with what they have to offer.

Okay...so if you don't care what plane you fly and you live in DFW, the question has to be asked why the hell would you want to commute across the country and not go to Envoy? Unless we're talking bottom of the barrel regionals like GoJets or Mesa, I'd never recommend not working at an airline where you can drive to work. If you live in CLT, hands down PSA. If you live in DFW, hands down Envoy.
