Then tell the pax jokes. Then stand up first and make sure you absorb for the FA. I can't speak for the 200 but the 900 is getting good work and some of these folks working are just going to take a little while to get up to full speed. Unfortunately, i get the feeling we lose them just as they get good at the job because other places pay more.

Hopefully management can't hire fast enough and mx gets a fat bonus too.
