Are those guys not operating out of KNUQ? I recently worked with a guy who did contact work for them on the 767 (which I'm not sure is still operated). He had a NASA badge for entry into Moffett. Pay for that was $3K/day + expenses on corporate cards. Can't imagine the G550 being chump change, unless there's a clear distinction between what was said to be Larry and Sergey's personal operation and a true, dedicated corporate operation for the 550s. My knowledge of the 767 pay rate and a couple of other large jet pay rates out here on the left coast have assisted me tremendously in negotiating compensation for some work I'm getting into. Those in this section who have observed it's a tight-lipped community are spot on, but knowledge is power when you can get it. I think NBAA is comparable to NADA or Kelley "Blue Books," in that the numbers have some basis in fact and certain parties don't want the real "bottom line" to be known. But some insider knowledge can be valuable tool in securing the right deal.
