Hey everyone, I rode FedEx home for the first time this week and wanted to say thanks for a great jumpseat experience.

I did have a question about us offline guys booking the jumpseat. I used to hear that once within 24 hours, an offline jumpseat was "guaranteed" on FedEx. However, I've heard from a few folks that policy has since changed, and that offline guys can now be bumped. I asked the crew I rode with but they weren't sure of the current policy. Can someone explain here? I just want to make sure I understand for the next time I take FedEx.
