From the new seniority list, not counting management or new hires we are showing approximately 221 pilots. I know of 7 that will be gone this month or next. Many more are waiting on the call. We have 12 new hires don't know how many will make it to the line, and we canceled May class due to lack of interest. Too many jobs out there that are much better than us.
I don't think you can call our failure rate 80%. Many people never show up to training after doing some research. Our overall success rate of getting someone to the line maybe 20%. It may be less! The IBT had numbers for the company on training. I believe it was in excess of 80 had started and we had 8 still here in a 12-18 month period.
