Just like PerfInit said. It's probably best to bid reserve and work real estate on your reserve days off.
I wasn't an agent but when the real estate market tanked in 2008/09, I helped my parents buy up foreclosed homes. I was a fairly senior FO at a regional carrier at the time. So, I would drop or try to giveaway as many trips as I could.
My parents made a few hundred thousand dollars as a result.
If you get good at Real Estate, you can make a lot of money. If you get good at Real Estate, you'll want to keep Real Estate as your primary job and keep aviation on the side.
