Piedmont Airlines: Based on total list pilots, and increases every 125 pilots on the list. We are currently at 596 pilots and flowing 4/mo. Next month 600 pilots triggers our flow increase to 5/mo.

Piedmont pilots do not have to be captains to flow.

If a PDT pilot fails training at AA, he/she is able to return to PDT at their original seniority number/pay.
