Figure I'll be in LGA until I can figure a way to get into DFW......its going to be a two leg no doubt to LGA but I've got plenty of company metal options out of the Panhandle it seems like, plus other airline options.
Yeah, guess your options are pretty limited out there. Wish ya luck!

Thanks for the replies everyone. Like some have stated, I was really looking for the language of the flow agreements between the three WOs. What determines how many flow, is it in the contract, can they meter it, etc? I am not choosing a regional solely based on a flow, just curious if one is clearly more superior to another.

I saw someone posted the actual details behind the PDT flow, much appreciated. After reading through these 8 pages, I didn't see anything specific about how the PSA or Envoy flows work. Could someone explain further how the flows are determined for those two?

Piedmont is having the fastest flow due to being a smaller pilot group and having a bunch of lifers. Some are flowing in less than 5 years. That can change when you get on board. The flow is designed by percentage, and AA theoretically can't stop the flow if they're hiring. In the end all WO should be flowing in about 5 to 6. Some are saying 7 now at envoy. Don't worry about the flow, if you're already worried now about who gets you there quicker It's going to be a long 6 years.

Current New Hires at Envoy is looking at upgrading to Captain in less than 2 years and flowing to American between 5-6 years.
