Don't fall for shiny jet syndrome and figure out your priorities....money? Flow? Domicile? Then big based off that. Don't listen to other pilots because one might want a west coast base over pay where as someone else wants max $$$ or flow. Outweigh your options, research the company online and through forums (not what those recruiters are feeding you) and pick based off that
