APMechXJ, you provide some good information on the mechanical side of Canadair Regional Jets. We appreciate you. That being said, you have a very pessimistic attitude towards the other operations at the company. Your assessment that morale is low may be partially accurate, but I have also been around for a while. We are much improved from the many states the company has existed in. It's not perfect and there is no known long term defined future, but there never will be one. Feel free to continue to show up after midnight and post all the negatives that you see, but don't be offended when you don't get a concensus agreement. No one knows what lies ahead for this company, but we can hope for the best for all employees. If the present reality isn't enough, I don't know what to tell you. Make the best of it and look for better or put a smile on. We all make what we can out of life and there's only one person with total control over each individual. Hint, it isn't RG or even EB.
