Also to those reading this forum about Endeavor and morale issues. Usually the ones complaining the most with the sky is falling comments are just a few disgruntled on this board and is not a good representation of our pilot group. I'm not trying to down play their personal experiences but it is not a good depiction of our morale nor the state of our company. There's good and bad in this profession and as someone stated before, it's what we make of it.
I've been one of those jaded or disgruntled guys at a previous job. I'm not going to say that APMechXJ does or doesn't have a right to his or her feelings. I've never done that job. Nor am I familiar with what goes on in that department of Endeavor. What I do know is that being jaded or disgruntled is not a good place to be. It'll eat you up and I don't believe you can turn that off when you walk out the door and head home. Life is too short, find your happiness at Endeavor or make a move to a better place. I also understand it's not easy. Especially if you've got a lot of years invested. But for those reading some of these posts, remember the old adage. Misery loves company. While Endeavor is not perfect, it's better than many others. At least for now. Rant over, carry on
