Not necessarily the same...what if they fly LHR or CDG as a W thru SFO? That would be a little bit different than now. Guys might be expecting all easy 3 day trips and they might get hoodwinked when they find out all the trips are 6 days.
I see what your saying however Ws are most likely not in the plan. After the 400 pilots and the IAH pilots pick their new bases and rides, SFO and LAX are going to be way fat on pilots, flying a W is going to make that even worse. In fact losing the CDG W from SFO and the LHR W from LAX is going to make us even more overstaffed.
