Its all a role of the dice....
4 guys in my class got MIA and none of them wanted it. They were junior. The more junior guys to them... got ANC-MD11. There is simply no way of knowing.
Observing the past few months I would advise any new-hire to be fully prepared for ANY seat, in ANY domicile for at least 24 months. If you aren't prepared or willing to do that... maybe UPS isn't the right choice for you.
